I am a business-minded product designer with 19 years of experience designing user-driven end-to-end web, mobile, and email products using Agile and Waterfall methodologies. I have a passion for creating design systems using Atomic Design principles to maximize scalability, productivity, and maintainability for both design and engineering cycles. I am well versed with frontend capabilities such as React, JavaScript, CSS, Sass, HTML, and various frontend frameworks. I have a proven track record designing B2B and B2C applications with rich user experiences that are both elegant and intuitive. With 5+ years managerial experience, I have implemented complex design systems, streamlined processes and communications between various teams, and implemented internal/external guidelines and documents to optimize departmental operations. I attended San Diego State University with an emphasis in Graphic Design where I graduated with distinction in my field. In my free time, I love to binge my favorite shows, practice Bikram’s Yoga, play guitar, and obsess over all things Star Wars.
